Complete for time:
Run 800m
Immediately into 60-40-20 reps of:
- Sit ups
- Pistols
Then run 800m
Time cap to get out for the second run = 20 minutes
WOD Notes: The 60/40/20 rounds of pistols should take less than 4:00/3:00/2:00 respectively. If pistols don’t feel good, we can modify to assisted pistols, pistols from a box or goblet squats!
