Workout of the Day

In 3 minutes complete:

  • 10 front squats (185/125#)
  • 10 box jumps (32/28″)
  • Row for max calories in remaining time.

Rest 3 minutes and repeat for a total of 4 rounds.  Record the total calories across all 4 rounds.
