Post WOD fist pump

Complete for time:

  • 400m run
  • 100 double unders
  • 400m run
  • 75 box jumps (24/20″)
  • 400m run
  • 50 pullups
  • 400m run
  • 25 overhead squats (65/45#,  NTE 50% 1RM)
WOD Notes: Shout out to Cate Kelly of CFKoP for designing this workout! Nik and John completed it a few weeks ago and really enjoyed it. Our challenge to our ICA athletes – hang onto that bar and get all 25 OHS in a row!

    Jimbo : 29:15 RX except (18″ Bench) Do get extra for having to run out of my basement? 136 steps to go up and down out of the basement for each run.

    Congrats Sara on your first MU! We’re bummed we missed it, but thanks to Kev for taking that video! Sara (and Cari) – you now must work on muscle ups 2x a week, no exceptions. Some days you’ll get them and some days you won’t, but get on those rings frequently!!
