Complete 10 rounds for time of:
- 5 strict pull ups
- 10 pistols (5R/5L alternating)
- 20 double unders
Time Cap = 20 minutes.
WOD Notes: Choose scales today that allow you to move at a steady pace and complete the first round in 60 to 90 seconds. Use this as an opportunity to develop some gymnastics work capacity!
