Front Squat 8-8-8-8

Then complete 3 rounds NFT of:

  • 10 pistols (5R/5L)
  • 8 good mornings (50% 1RM front squat)

WOD Notes:  If you can’t do pistols yet, no problem!  This is a great chance to work toward developing one of the more elusive skills in CrossFit.
