AMRAP in 15 minutes of:

  • 7 overhead squats (135/95#)
  • 17/13 cal row

WOD Notes:  Ideally the bar will come from the floor but racks are available.  Anyone that doesn’t want to go overhead can do this as a front squat (155/105#).
