After seeing some of the Jerk action a week or so ago, I’m excited to see what numbers are put up by some of the fellas and ladies. I don’t want to mention any names (Craig), but I’m hoping to hear about some good stuff when I come in tomorrow morning.
Settled for 185#. 200 # is my new goal for my clean and press for 2013!
