
Join us between 4:30 and 7:30pm to make up one of the past week’s workouts. Since we only had 3 WODs to choose from, we made up a fourth option for tomorrow.
- 30 muscle ups for time
- Front squat 5-3-3-2-1-1 then 15 minute AMRAP of death by wall balls starting at 5 wall balls (10 advanced) (20/14# to 10/9′)
- 3 rounds of 1 minute AMRAP at each station: row (cal), pullups, SDHP (75/55#), box jumps (24/20″). Rest 1 minute between rounds.
- Opens WOD 12.2 – 10 min AMRAP of 30 snatches (75/45#), 30 snatches (135/75#), 30 snatches (165/100#), 30 snatches (210/120#). Use one bar and add / remove plates as needed. (We’ll pick scaled weights as needed!)
Notes: Join Mark for his stretching & mobility (aka “Moga”) class at 6pm!
