Link back to our blog post here to read up on the movement standards and official variations. Be warned – 15 minutes is an aggressive time cap for this workout! (Most of our athletes were capped in 2021.) You can either treat it as an AMRAP (i.e., see how far you can get), or modify weights/reps to give you a better shot at completing it.
