Workout of the Day

Overhead squat 3-3-3-3-3

Then EOMOM for 10 min (5 rounds) of:

8 burpees + 8 overhead squats (50% 3RM)

WOD Notes: If your shoulders don’t allow you to overhead squat, sub overhead reverse lunges (2R/2L) or front squats.
