Workout of the Day

AMRAP in 12 minutes of:

  • 12 burpees
  • 6 deadlifts (275/185#)

WOD Notes:  Choose a deadlift weight that will allow you to unbroken through 3 to 5 rounds.  Ideally, it should then go to 2 sets of 3 but never 1 at a time.
