Then using 50% of your 1RM, complete:
- 3 sets of max reps push press
Rest approximately 2 minutes between sets.
WOD Notes: Today we’re working up to a heavy 1 rep push press. Start around 70% and take small jumps, aiming for a PR in set 6 or 7.
