  1. Snatch balance 5×1 (75% 1RM snatch)
  2. Snatch 1-1-1-1-1
  3. Snatch pull from 4″ deficit 6×1 (110% 1RM snatch)
  4. 10-8-6-4-2 reps for time of: power clean and jerks (145/165/185/205/225).  Complete 8 burpees and 8 pull ups before each set.
