    Just a little FYI for everyone else (in the world)…I JUST HIT MY 2015 GOAL FOR DEADLIFT (250)!!! I am so happy, I think I’ll do 40 burpees tonight just for fun!! YIPEEEEEE!!!

    I now need to buy a weightlifting belt. My trainer at Retro, Joe, let me borrow his, and that’s how I hit my PR. Any recommendations?

      Way to go Laurie!! That is huuuuge! I don’t wear a belt so don’t have any recommendations. We have a few people who wear them though. There are always some hanging by the jump ropes; feel free to try a few and see if you like any. John got a recommendation for a really good one (also fairly expensive) but he hasn’t bought it yet
