Workout of the Day

Overhead Squat 3-3-3-3-3-3

Then 3 rounds NFT of:

  • 20 hollow rocks
  • 20 overhead reverse lunges in place (30% 3RM OHS)

WOD Notes:  There is a lot of work to be done today!  If overhead squats don’t feel good for you, front squats or back squats would work quite well.
