Complete for time:

  • 800m run
  • 75 KB swings (53/35#)
  • 1000/800m row
  • 60 wallballs (20/14# to 10/9′)
  • 800m run
  • 45 pull ups

WOD Notes:  If you’re performing strict or banded pull ups today, shoot for 20 to 25.  The wallballs should be in sets of 10 or more!
