Workout of the Day

AMRAP in 18 minutes of:

  • 15 box jumps (24/20″)
  • 12 deadlifts (135/93#)
  • 9 toes to bar

WOD Notes:  Choose a weight that will let you go unbroken for most of the rounds today.  Ideally the toes to bar should be in 1 or 2 sets for the bulk of the workout.
