  • 5 burpee box jumps (24/20″)
  • 10 sumo deadlift high pulls (95/65#)

Rest 1 minute.Β  Repeat for a total of 3 rounds.

WOD Notes: For large classes, half will start on the row and half will start on the burpee box jump / SDHP. For those keeping track, score will be total reps completed each round.
