Daily WOD – Dec 8, 2015

Complete 5 rounds for time of:

  • 20 wallballs (20/14# to 10/9′)
  • 20 KB swings (53/35#)
  • 10 burpees

WOD Notes:  We’ve got another medium length metcon today!  The goal should be to complete this in less than 15 minutes with a 22 minute cap.  I think the first round can be done in less than 90 seconds, who will prove me right?!

    If you do the first round in 90 seconds, the last 4 are going to be about as miserable as you can imagine.

    Nice Anthony, not bad for your first day!

    Side note: I forgot to take a pic of results and in turn had to enter all results for back squats by memory. It might be worth going back and checking to see how far off I was.
