If anyone is interested in participating in an “Amazing Race” style team WOD at CF Main Line, we just got the following email:
“CrossFit Main Line and CrossFit R5 are hosting a “Holiday Amazing Race” on Saturday December 15th, 10:30am at CrossFit Main Line in Ardmore, PA. The Race will start at CFML with a team WOD. Upon completion of the WOD the team will get a clue as to what equipment to carry with them and where their next stop will be.
