Burpee penalty in effect for the 10:00am class!
I challenge anyone and will do 100 burpees if you chug a 1/2 gallon of whole milk 5 min before this wod.
Game. Who brings the milk.
Please video tape Craig doing this. And make him do the WOD with a weight vest.

Congrats to Craig for drinking a 1/2 gallon of choco milk (don’t worry Nikki and John, he didn’t puke).
He added a challenge…if he drank the 1/2 gallon in 3min, I have to do 200 burpees. Lesson: never challenge Craig. He did it in 1min 22sec.

Among many highlights since ICA opened, this is a top 3 for me. However, there is a score missing from the board…..Mark’s time for 200 burpees?
There was no time. After 20, Craig said I could cut the reps in 1/2 if I did the burpees with a 40# vest. I accepted his challenge and did 80 burpees with the vest.
We laughed and smiled for pictures while toasting with a Miller High Life pounder.
