Workout of the Day
AMRAP in 17 minutes of:
- 20 one-arm KB/DB Russian swings (10R/10L)
- 15 push ups
- 10 burpees
WOD Notes: Choose a push up version/rep scheme that will let you get through the first 2 to 3 rounds in 1 or 2 sets. Can anyone get 13 rounds??

Russian twists are so amazing. I also liked the previous workout schedule although now I would like to raise my level with increased sets or maybe reps too but again it’s for my development not necessary that everyone has to perform the same.
Most probably I will be continuing with these sets for the next few weeks and then jump onto the next one as I like to first perfect the Russian twist and burpees. I find myself quite comfortable with pushups. Looking forward to the next workout.
