Daily WOD – Dec 24, 2015

At home WOD:

Complete 5 rounds for time of:

  • 25 sit ups
  • 20 jumping squats
  • 15 push ups
  • 10 mountain climbers (20 each leg)
  • 5 inverted burpees (rolling sit up to handstand hold)

WOD Notes:  Try to knock out this workout some time today and post time to comments.  Coach Kehl is running one CFE class this morning at 8:00.  It is currently full so please pull your name out if you can’t attend!

    100 Wallballs (20/14# to 10/9′)
    300 Double Unders or 750 Single Unders
    ***100m run ANY time you mess-up, pause to rest, or change movements***

    *30 minute Time Cap

    I did this today before work. I modified the inverted burpees because I don’t know how to to them (yet). I did handstand kick ups instead. 22:08.4. Fun workout!
