At home WOD #1:

Complete 3 rounds for time of:

  • 20 push ups
  • 30 sit ups
  • 40 walking lunges (20R/20L)

Reminder:  ICA is closed Wednesday, Thursday and Friday this week.  If you’re itching for a workout over the holidays, post your time to comments!

    Brian and John, Reps for Jesus this morning! Benched 10 sets of 8 at 185 (on smith machine which was easier than the 160 last week) Followed by today’s workout unbroken on all sets. Plus two more sets of 20 push-ups. Do it! For Jesus! Merry Christmas!
