Workout of the Day
EMOM for 20 minutes of:
- 9 KB/DB Russian swings
- 7 KB/DB sumo deadlift high pulls
- 5 KB/DB goblet squats
WOD Notes: Each round should take 30-40 seconds. If after 5 minutes you feel it is too easy or too difficult, you can add or remove a rep from each movement to adjust.
