Workout of the Day

Complete for time:

  • 800m run
  • 40 KB/DB muscle snatches (20R/20L)
  • 800m run
  • 40 KB/DB reverse lunges (20R/20L)
  • 800m run
  • 40 KB/DB one-arm thrusters (20R/20L)

WOD Notes:  Choose a weight that will allow you to complete each movement in sets of 10 to 20 reps.  Adjust the run distance so it takes fewer than 5 minutes each round!
