  • 20 back squats (225/153#)
  • 40 toes to bar
  • 60/40 cal row

WOD Notes:  The back squats should ideally happen in 1 to 3 sets and may be taken from the rack.  Ideally the toes to bar should take between 90 seconds and 3 minutes.  Crush that row!
