Workout of the Day

With a partner, complete 3 rounds for time of:

  • 400m run
  • 80 wallballs (20/14# to 10/9′)
  • 8 rope climbs

WOD Notes:  Partners will run the 400m together each round but will work one at a time indoors.  The reps do not need to be split evenly!
