AMRAP in 5 minutes of:
- 10 Russian twists (25/15#)
rest 3 minutes then AMRAP in 5 minutes of:
- 10 box jumps (24/20″)
rest 3 minutes then AMRAP in 5 minutes of:
- 5 burpee plate jumps
WOD Notes: In this style of workout, partner 1 will complete an entire set (say 10 Russian twists) then partner 2 will complete an entire set. Complete as many as possible in 5 minutes, rest then get ready for the next movement.

Ponytails have a tendency to become dislodged/unkempt if you are stringing lots of DUs together.
