AMRAP in 5 minutes of:
- 7 push ups
- 7 KBS (53/35#)
Rest 2 minutes then AMRAP in 4 minutes of:
- 5 push ups
- 5 KBS (53/35#)
Rest 2 min then AMRAP in 3 minutes of:
- 3 push ups
- 3 KBS (53/35#)
WOD Notes: Choose a push up rep scheme or modification that will let you complete the first several rounds of each AMRAP unbroken. That last 3 minutes is going to be unreasonably fast!!
