Workout of the Day

Front Squat 10×2 (80% 1RM)

Then EOMOM for 10 minutes of:

  • 25 wallballs (20/14# to 10/9′)

WOD Notes:  Scale the height and weight on the wallballs such that you can go unbroken every round.
