WOD Notes:  A ball toss is the same as a wallball but without a squat.  A slight bend in the legs is acceptable to create more force on the ball.  Compare bench press to 120402.

    Now that John has told me of the magic of bench press shirts (that can look like you’re wearing a pair of blown out jeans!), I want to show up with one on so badly!

    Results from CF Pasadena:
    2RM Power Clean – 155# (10# PR on my 1RM) Yay me!!

    4 rds of:
    10 Thrusters (65#)
    10 pull ups
    10 burpees
    (2 minute rest between each round)

    then

    4 rds of:
    30 sec sprint row
    (2 minute rest between each round)

    side note: all of their bumper plates are in kilos and since I have trouble adding up lbs at home I didn’t really know what I was lifting until I couldn’t lift anymore and the coach added it up for me. Maybe I’ll get more PR’s if I continue to not know how much weight is on the bar haha
