  • 20 second chin up hold
  • 60 double unders
  • 10 DB hang snatches (50/35#)
  • 10 DB hang clean and jerks (50/35#)

WOD Notes:  This workout is an ICA modification of a CrossFit Games workout that is listed below.  If you are really solid on some of these movements, feel free to swap them out!

  • 1 pegboard ascent
  • 100 double unders
  • 10 DB hang split snatches (80/55#)
  • 10 DB hang clean and split jerks (80/55#)
