Congrats T and MJ!! what did you think of the course?
I thought it was pretty amazing! The coaches were awesome REALLY liked Jenn Hunter 🙂 and watching Austin Malleolo lift yesterday was probably one of the highlights of my crossfit life so far 🙂 and to think that there are 7 people fitter than him just blows my mind, it was unreal! I definitely have some annoyances (sometimes) when a bunch of crossfitters get together all at once and there was no shortage of those annoyances this weekend, but I guess that just comes with the territory. Overall it was an awesome experience I’d definitely recommend it if anyone was thinking of taking the course. I learned a lot and can finally do a proper squat with PVC 🙂 I also learned that Miranda is much better at crossfit than SHE thinks she is, very proud of her this weekend she kicked ass and kept the coaches on their toes with her questions.
Thanks Nik and Sarge! Tiana!!! You’re so sweet, thanks! I think a few of them were getting a little annoyed since I always had a question! haha. It was a fantastic weekend! Phil and Sabol – READ THE INFORMATION in your packet and I would be more than happy to go over any questions you two might have before your test! Tiana watching you do Fran was amazing! You made those thrusters look like a walk in the park!
