Workout of the Day

Complete AMRAP in 20 minutes of:

  • 500m row
  • 50 alternating single leg squats (25R/25L)
  • 10 squat snatches (135/93#)

WOD Notes: Choose a single leg squat progression that will let you complete each round in less than 3 minutes. If squat snatches don’t feel good, consider power snatches or squat cleans!  Programming credit: CrossFit.com 220717.

    Come on out Saturday, August 13th at 4 pm to celebrate Reese & John’s game debut and to bid Katy a fond farewell!
    Lacey Schmidt and her husband are graciously hosting this celebration at their home, just 1.5 miles from Phoenixville (address available upon RSVP). A roasted pig and beer will be provided and it would be appreciated if guests would bring a side dish to share and chairs for your own crew. And of course please BYOB if you have other preferences. They’ll have yard games and some cake- families and pups are of course welcome, too!

    If able, please park at the gym and carpool over so parking is less chaotic.
