Then
400m sled drag – UNBROKEN! (20-25% of your 1RM deadlift)
WOD Notes: If you break your 400m sled pull, there is a penalty! You have to leave your sled where you stopped, sprint to the gym door, sprint back to your sled, then continue pulling.

I think I am in for 430-as long as my legs are working after the squats today!
First workout back from baby. I don’t have bands or a sled, so I made up yesterday’s Nasty Girls… appropriate, since I’m now officially surrounded by girls for the rest of my life (though hopefully not “Nasty” ones).
10:02 – those last 3 MUs took twice as long as the first set of 10!
