- 800m run (20/14#)
- 200 squats
- 150 sit ups
- 100 push ups
- 50 burpees
- 800m run (20/14#)
WOD Notes: Only one partner may be working at a time except during the runs when both partners will run together. The movements must be completed in order.

Cool B. We tried both the Russian dips and back uprise, neither were easy or went well.
