Complete 4 rounds, each for time of:
- 200m run
- 15 handstand push ups
- 200m run
- 15 abmat sit ups
Start a new round every 7 minutes.
WOD Notes: Choose a handstand push up modification that will allow you to complete your reps in under 90 seconds. Scales can include wall walks, handstand holds, push ups or DB push presses.
