Complete for time in any order:

  • 100 push ups
  • 100 sit ups
  • 100 reverse lunges (50R/50L)

Schedule Notes:  ICA is closed today.  This is designed to be an at-home WOD!  We will re-open Thursday with a 9:30 am and 4:30 pm WOD (Hollywood) rolling right into the usual Thursday night open gym.
