For anyone interested in a particularly good time, a few of us will be doing the Hero WOD “Baz” at Open gym.
“Baz”
AMRAP in 30 minutes of:
– 30 double unders
– 8 cleans (155/110#)
– 11 hand release pushups
Sub for DU is the standard 2X SU, and for clarification, a “clean” is NOT a “power clean.” Plan accordingly.
8:30 semi-led warmup
9:00 start
9:45 cash out (thanks Tina)
