Come in between 4:30 and 7:30 to make up one of the last 6 workouts.  This week the choices are:

  1. “Partner Kelly” – 5 rounds for time of 400m run, 30 box jumps, 30 wallballs (20/14# to 10/9′)
  2. Overhead Squat 10-10-15 then bring sally up back squats (35%)
  3. Close grip bench press 8×3 (70% 1RM, every 45s) then 50 ring dips and 50 strict chin ups for time
  4. Deadlift 10×1 (90%) then cash out card
  5. Complete 3 rounds for time of 100m lunges, 100m broad jumps, 200m sprint
  6. Complete 100 DB power snatches (70/40#) for time.  60 yd shuttle run at the start of each minute

    40 deadlifts @ 135
    60 sit-ups
