- Back squat 3-3-3-3-3 then 30 knee jump box jumps NFT
- Complete 2 rounds for time of: 800m run, 30 clean and jerks (135/95#)
- Complete 3 rounds for time of: 2 front squats (80%), 10 slam balls (40/30#), 1 rope climb. Repeat for a total of 4 cycles.
- Snatch 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 then 5×5 snatch balances (50%)
- Complete for time: 100 double unders, 50 wallballs (20/14# to 11/10′), 50 KBS (53/35#), 50 box jumps (24/20″), 50 KB snatches (53/35#), 50 burpees, 100 double unders
- Complete 5 rounds for max reps of: thrusters (50%), pull ups. Rest between rounds.
