Come in between 4:30 and 7:30 to make up one of the last 5 workouts. This week the choices are:
- Power clean 1-1-1-1-1-1 then AMRAP in 2 minutes of HPC (65% 1RM)
- Complete 6 rounds of 40 seconds on, 20 seconds off: thrusters (115/75#), pull ups, 6×20 yd shuttle run
- AMRAP in 12 minutes of: 6 strict HSPU, 9 toes to bar, 12KB swings (70/53#), 15 double unders
- Overhead Squat 5-5-5-5-5 then then AMCRAP overhead squats (60%)
- AMRAP in 3 minutes of: rope climbs, box jumps, tire flips, pistols, keg/stone to shoulder
