Come in tonight between 4:30 and 7:30 to make up one of the last 6 workouts.  This week the choices are:

  1. Sumo deadlift 5×2 (90%) then 30 drop box jumps NFT
  2. Max reps in 3, 2, and 1 minute of: double unders, box jumps (24/20″), wallballs (20/14# to 10/9′)
  3. Complete for time 30 bodyweight back squats, 200m shuttle run, 30 burpees
  4. AMRAP in 8 minutes of: 5 power snatches (115/75#), 7 front squats (115/75#), 9 toes to bar
  5. Complete 10 rounds for time of: 5Rt/5Lt Turkish get ups (53/35#), 5 strict pull ups (53/35#)
  6. Back Squat 5×2 (90%) then 3×50 yd prowler push (50% 1RM back squat)
