- AMRAP in 4 minutes of clean and jerks (135/95#), rest 4 minutes then AMRAP in 4 minutes of burpee pull ups
- Run 800m, 75 wallballs (20/14# to 10/9′), run 800m
- Sumo Deadlift 6×3 (80%) then 5×3 consecutive broad jumps
