- Banded box back squat 12×2 then 400m run
- Complete 5 rounds for time of 15 burpees, 10 deadlifts (60%), 200m run
- Complete 10 to 1 reps for time of C2B pull ups, goblet squats (53/35#), abmat sit ups
- Rack jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 then DB shoulder press 5-5-5-5-5

Chase and I will be in around 5:30 to do 13.5.
I can’t do chest to bar pullups yet but I won’t let that stop me. I was going to come in around 5:30 to do 13.5

I’ll be in for 13.5 sometime after 4:30 and before 6:30pm, this train life is killing me…the WOD also may kill me so you may need to prep a gurney for me!
