Come on in tonight between 4:30 and 7:30 to make up one of the last 5 WODS. This weeks choices are:
- banded front squat then 400 m run backwards
- choose your own WOD, see Friday for details
- 10 rounds for time of 15 dead lifts (135, 95#) and 15 push ups
- snatch balance 1-1-1-1-1 then snatch 1-1-1-1-1
- death by strict pullup then 5 rounds of 10 push press (left), 5 left legged box jumps (16/12″), 10 pp (right), 5 right legged box jumps
Notes: Tonight we will also have a barbell class from 6:30 to 7:30.

I was going to do snatch balance WOD and stay for BB Club.

Hi friends! I was supposed to come in a make up a workout since Joe and I haven’t been in in 2 weeks! Unfortunately we once again can not make it in! We will see you Tuesday! I can’t wait! Maybe it will be a good chipper or something! Hopefully including running 😉

Ok , so I gave it a lot of thought and I think I have come up with the perfect b-day gift. It’ll be a huge sacrifice but I am willing in this case. John, I would be happy to take you fishing for your birthday. No need to thank me, you are the gift that keeps on giving! Its the least I can do. Happy belated Birthday.

Barb that sounds like a fantastic idea, I actually just got a rod to replace the one that your giant fish destroyed last year, we’ll get out as soon as it’s consistently 75 degrees
