- Bar facing burpees
- Chest to bar pull ups
In the remaining time, find a 1 rep max power snatch.
WOD Notes:ย There will be a 10 minute cap on the first part of the workout so that you’ve got at least 5 minutes to snatch.ย Anyone that doesn’t love snatching is welcome to find a 1 rep max power clean instead.
