Complete 4 rounds of:
- 8 wide stance goblet squats
- 8 narrow stance goblet squats
- 8 regular stance goblet squats
Start a new set every 3 minutes.
Then complete 3 rounds of 1 minute at each of the following stations:
- Reverse lunges in place
- Glute bridges
- Clamshells (30 seconds/side)
