Workout of the Day

Complete 4 rounds of:

  • 8 wide stance goblet squats 
  • 8 narrow stance goblet squats
  • 8 regular stance goblet squats

Start a new set every 3 minutes.

Then complete 3 rounds of 1 minute at each of the following stations:

  • Reverse lunges in place
  • Glute bridges
  • Clamshells (30 seconds/side)
  • Rest
