Sunday Football WOD – Aug 25, 2013

As many rounds in possible in 15 minutes of:

  • 5 hang power clean (135/95#)
  • 7 supine ring pull ups
  • 9 box jumps (24/20″)

WOD Notes: Compare to CFFB WOD 130822. Definition of Supine – The supine position is a position of the body; lying down with the face up. To perform Sup Ring PUs, set the rings so your back is off the ground, place heels on a box and pull your chest to your hands. (In other words, supine ring pull ups are ring rows! Make them challenging!)

      Sarge, I know a 3 and an 8 look similar on a whiteboard…so I’ll let it slide, but it gives me the chance to write, actually meaning it, something I’ve waited to say for 15 years as my official response,
